It's about quality. This stone washed 100% cotton twill is lined with a cool nylon webbing material that, along with six reinforced air holes and a soft cotton headband keep the wearer cool and comfortable. The visor is supported by a plastic material that keeps the shape through rain and washing. A leather adjustable tab easily adjusts the head size. The tab end is neatly tucked into a brass keeper hole and disappears back into the headband.
